The Marcelino A. Dechavez Fund Scholarship
In honor of Dr. Marcelino A. Dechavez and his career at NONAS, NOAC, and NSCA (what is now the CPSU Main Campus). This private Fund supports enrolled students pursuing a Baccalaureate Degree at CPSU in the areas of or related to Agriculture, Forestry, or Animal Science:
- Agribusiness
- Animal Science
- Crop Science
- Forestry
- Sugar Technology
- Agricultural Engineering
- Agricultural & Biosystem Engineering
The Fund annually awards two (2) first-year entering freshmen with a stipend of Php10,000 per semester for all four (4) years of schooling, plus boarding allowance.
CRITERIA FOR APPLYING
1. ONLY First-year students starting at CPSU-Main Campus, Kabankalan
2. High School grade average above 85, no subject below 80
3. Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in the areas related to Agriculture, Forestry, or Animal Science
4. Complete the application with required essays in English
5. Not a recipient of any other scholarship (exceptions upon approval)

- Certificate of Registration and Assessment of Fees
