Scholarship

In honor of Dr. Marcelino A. Dechavez and his career at NONAS, NOAC, and NSCA (what is now the CPSU Main Campus). This private Fund supports enrolled students pursuing a Baccalaureate Degree at CPSU in the areas of or related to Agriculture, Forestry, or Animal Science:

• Agribusiness
• Animal Science
• Crop Science
• Forestry
• Sugar Technology
• Agricultural Engineering
• Agricultural & Biosystem Engineering

The Fund annually awards two (2) first-year entering freshmen with a stipend of Php10,000 per semester for all four (4) years of schooling, plus boarding allowance.

CRITERIA FOR APPLYING

1. ONLY First-year students starting at CPSU-Main Campus, Kabankalan
2. High School grade average above 85, no subject below 80
3. Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in the areas related to Agriculture, Forestry, or Animal Science
4. Complete the application with required essays in English
5. Not a recipient of any other scholarship (exceptions upon approval)

A copy of the following will be requested from our finalists:

1. High school graduate: Form 137
2. Course Curriculum Sheet
3. Certificate of Registration and Assessment of Fees
